Account Manager

This person is responsible for coordination and administration of projects which include: client service, scheduling, research, internal marketing support, developing budgets, procurement and acting as liaison between the client and the design team.

Candidates should have at least two years of experience in account management or coordination. Eloquent communication, writing and presentation skills are a must. This position is also responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined social media strategy and responsible for evaluating, planning, organizing, managing and contributing to all social media channels.


  • Daily communication between clients, project leaders and designers
  • Ensure that deadlines for clients and internal projects are met and align with strategic direction
  • Edit and proofread internal and external communications
  • Oversee workflow and billing for key clients
  • Provide strategic support for projects by assisting vision sessions, creating brand audits, researching competitive landscapes and writing reports derivative of the findings
  • Manage and implement web and social media strategies to achieve Willoughby’s marketing goals
