When we began the redesign, the most important goal was to reinforce the enduring emotional legacy and trust established between Tivol and its customers, for nearly 100 years, in a rich and elegant way. Willoughby designed a new identity and the 360° brand experience to enhance and elevate the Tivol customer experience – from the stationery system, invitations, catalog and window displays to the luxurious, handcrafted packaging system that encapsulates the Tivol brand promise.
