This person is responsible managing client projects, keeping them happy and growing revenue. We seek outgoing individuals with a mind for delivering great service and bringing business back for more. You will support our creative team and serve as liaison between them and the clients.
You will work closely with our SF principal, designer and our team in Kansas City to ensure objectives are met, deadlines are met and that we stay within budget.
Candidates should have at least three years of experience in account management or coordination. Eloquent communication, writing and presentation skills are a must. This position is also responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined social media strategy and responsible for evaluating, planning, organizing, managing and contributing to all social media channels.
Daily communication between clients, project leaders and designers
Ensure that deadlines for clients and internal projects are met and align with strategic direction
Edit and proofread internal and external communications
Oversee workflow and billing for key clients
Provide strategic support for projects by assisting vision sessions, creating brand audits, researching competitive landscapes and writing reports derivative of the findings
Manage and implement web and social media strategies to achieve Willoughby’s marketing goals
- Strategy and Communication majors preferred
