Kevin Carroll chased his Red Rubber Ball from the playground of his youth to soccer fields in the Air Force to the 76ers and then to Nike where his work to keep play and creativity alive within the corporate environment earned him the title “Katalyst.” We first met Kevin at Willoughby when he came to us for help on the design and creation of his first book, Rules of the Red Rubber Ball. Following that, we worked with him to launch his own brand, Kevin Carroll Katalyst, and two additional books published by ESPN, Disney Press and McGraw-Hill: What’s Your Red Rubber Ball for high school students, and The Red Rubber Ball at Work for business professionals. Now he speaks at schools and companies around the world, working to help others discover their inspiration and encourage them on their chase.
